The curriculum has been designed to act as a conceptual guide for the Law of capital markets. It provides a comprehensive understanding on concepts relating to shares, debentures and dividends. It further elucidates how the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulate the capital market.

Suvir is a founding partner of Synergy Partners, a full service law firm based out of New Delhi. Starting his career at the erstwhile Rajani Singhania & Partners in 2014 from where he moved to Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in 2015 wherein he acted for various Indian and overseas companies on a range of private equity and initial public offer transactions, with particular focus on FMCG, e-commerce, healthcare and automobile sectors. In the process, he has inter alia conducted extensive due diligence exercises for various clients. He also regularly advises clients on drafting and negotiating of transaction documents such as share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, share subscription agreement, investment agreements and such other commercial agreements while participating in a private equity investment transaction. In addition to this, he regularly advises clients on compliances required post their listing at the relevant stock exchanges. His clients include infrastructure companies, insurance companies, automobile companies, e-commerce companies, start-ups, angel investors, angel networks and private clients as well. He is currently advising his clients in the infrastructure sector on the issues of claims, initiation of arbitration and contract management.
