Madhavan was a partner with Desai & Diwanji for nearly three years prior to starting his own boutique law office in the year 2017. He has worked as a corporate litigation lawyer in the initial years of his practice as well. Madhavan has gained considerable experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Joint Venture, Corporate Advisory and Commercial Contracts.
