She is also an expert consultant for Prevention of Sexual Harassment at workplace. Sony also has experience in matters relating to litigation and arbitration. She has advised and represented clients and has been involved in high profile litigation before the Supreme Court of India and High Courts of various States and other judicial authorities such as Competition Commission, APTEL and NCDRC. In the past she has advised companies belonging to aviation, bio-sciences, gas, manufacturing, pharmacology, IT and service industries.
