The rules within the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 (the CPC) are a comprehensive set of laws for the numerous processes involved in a civil trial, including filing of a suit, appearing in courts, the conduct of the trial, and provides for the procedural rights of parties. The Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (the ‘CrPC’), on the other hand, is the procedural rule providing the detailed procedure for punishment of offenders under substantive criminal law, and thus, enforces the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and other similar substantive criminal laws. The code encompasses all the details about the procedure to be followed in every investigation, inquiry and trial, for every offence under the IPC or any other law. The unique Diploma in Understanding the Civil and Criminal Procedural Laws in India aims to provide an insight of ascertaining the jurisdiction, initiating trial/ criminal proceedings, adducing evidence and other aspects of civil and criminal procedural laws in India, by means of video lectures by Scriboard Advocates and Legal Consultants, in association with Enhelion. In every walk of life, the process of evaluation takes place in one form or the other. If the evaluation process is eliminated from human life then perhaps the aim of life may be lost. Being in the same line, Enhelion is committed to evaluate the process of learning through its courses.
The enrollee will be evaluated based on two Project Assignments, which would test the analytical understanding of the topics covered in the video lecture.
The most intriguing aspect of the evaluation process is the time flexibility it affords. You can choose to undergo the evaluation process as and when you are ready for the same.
To be eligible to receive a certificate after successful completion of the course, one is required to secure an overall minimum of 40 percent in the Project Assignments.
