Madhavan completed his LLB from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University in the year 2001 and since then has gained considerable experience in the field of corporate laws having worked for more than 13 years in Desai & Diwanji, a prominent corporate law firm in India. Madhavan was a partner with Desai & Diwanji for nearly three years prior to starting his own boutique law office in the year 2017. He has worked as a corporate litigation lawyer in the initial years of his practice as well. Madhavan has gained considerable experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Joint Venture, Corporate Advisory and Commercial Contracts.
