Abha Kashyap has a wealth of experience in the arena of intellectual property, medical law – both as an attorney and as a former manager of a medical clinic. She is an expert on issues of medical compliance, medical malpractice, and medical office management. She is also skilled in the arena of corporate law – and has decades of experience in negotiation, management, strategic consultation, and small business incubation. Abha Kashyap obtained her L.L.B. from the University of Delhi, and is duly qualified to practice law in India.
