Trademark is a type of Intellectual Property that is used in the branding or marketing of an enterprise and its products or services. In a number of aspects, the trademark can be of greater value to the business than the actual services or products. A trademark is any sign that individualizes the goods or services of a given enterprise and distinguishes them from those of its competitors. They started to play an important role with industrialization, and they have since become a key factor in the modern world of international trade and market-oriented economies. The unique Certificate in Understanding the Procedural aspects of Trademark Prosecution and Opposition aims to provide an overview of the trademark filing procedure in India, from the pre-filing formalities to post-registration procedure and forms, by means of video lectures, by Mr. Govind K Chaturvedi, in association with Enhelion.

In every walk of life, the process of evaluation takes place in one form or the other. If the evaluation process is eliminated from human life then perhaps the aim of life may be lost. Being in the same line, Enhelion is committed to evaluate the process of learning through its courses.
The enrollee will be evaluated based on a Project Assignment, which would test the analytical understanding of the topics covered in the video lecture.
The most intriguing aspect of the evaluation process is the time flexibility it affords. You can choose to undergo the evaluation process as and when you are ready for the same.
To be eligible to receive a certificate after successful completion of the course, one is required to secure a minimum of 40 percent in the Project Assignment.
