Shruti graduated from ILS Law College, Pune University in 2010. She has a double masters (LL.M.) from New York University in Global Business Laws and National University of Singapore in Corporate and Financial Laws. She brings to the Firm her wide experience of working in-house and as a litigating lawyer. Her areas of expertise include public laws, corporate laws, competition law, intellectual property rights and TMT laws. Shruti is passionate about women’s rights, environmental laws and human rights and advises Clients on several issues including sexual harassment at workplace.
