It discusses the relevance of Mehrabian model in having an effective communication. It further analyses how digitization of stories through social media platforms has transformed the way we present the stories and the impact it has on the listeners.

To be eligible to receive a certificate after successful completion of the course, one is required to secure an overall minimum of 40 percent in the Project Assignments.
