Labour reforms were much needed in India owing to a number of issues like archaic laws, problem of contract labour, the unregulated unorganised sector, labour abuse etc. Therefore, in 2019, four bills were introduced to simplify and integrate the labour rules and laws. In order to ensure that States do not fix minimum wages below those defined by the Centre, the Code on Wages aims to bring more workers within the framework of minimum wages and proposes a statutory national minimum wage for different geographical regions. The Social Security Code and Industrial Relations Code aim at providing statutory protection and a safe working environment to the workers.

In India, logistics services are an important sector in terms of domestic and state economic support, trade flows, FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) and employment. The industry employs over 22 million people in India at present. Therefore, it is imperative to understand the impact of new laboue codes on the logistics sector.

The Certificate in Introduction to Labour Codes and the Logistics Sector aims to provide an overview of the important provisions of the Code on Wages, 2019, the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020, the Code on Social Security, 2020 and the Industrial Relations Code, 2020, with special focus on their impact on the logistics sector in India, by means of video lectures, by Scriboard Advocates and Legal Consultants, in association with Enhelion.

According to the law firm and our policy, the course fees will not be refunded.

In every walk of life, the process of evaluation takes place in one form or the other. If the evaluation process is eliminated from human life then perhaps the aim of life may be lost. Being in the same line, Enhelion is committed to evaluate the process of learning through its courses.

The enrollee will be evaluated based on a Project Assignment, which would test the analytical understanding of the topics covered in the video lectures.

The most intriguing aspect of the evaluation process is the time flexibility it affords. You can choose to undergo the evaluation process as and when you are ready for the same.

To be eligible to receive a certificate after successful completion of the course, one is required to secure an overall minimum of 40 percent in the Project Assignment.
