There have been multiple instances of terrorist and other unlawful activities in aircrafts and airports. Particularly after the events of September 11, 2001, the issue of aviation security has been highlighted. New and emerging threats to civil aviation are a constant cause for concern to the aviation community. Newer threats include carrying of dangerous pathogens on board, usage of cyber technology to interfere with air navigation systems, misuse of air defence systems etc. The International Civil Aviation Organization has been addressing these threats for some time and continues to do so on a global basis. There have also been other important international treaties on the point. The global measures taken by ICAO and other bodies is important to discuss from a regulatory perspective.

The Diploma in understanding Aviation Law and Security aims to provide an overview of various international conventions which regulate the aviation industry as well as the aviation security framework in India, by means of video lectures by Mr. Vikrant Pachnanda, Vikrant Pachnanda Law Chambers, in association with Enhelion.

According to the law firms and our policy, the course fees will not be refunded.

In every walk of life, the process of evaluation takes place in one form or the other. If the evaluation process is eliminated from human life then perhaps the aim of life may be lost. Being in the same line, Enhelion is committed to evaluate the process of learning through its courses.

The enrollee will be evaluated based on two Project Assignments, which would test the analytical understanding of the topics covered in the video lecture.

The most intriguing aspect of the evaluation process is the time flexibility it affords. You can choose to undergo the evaluation process as and when you are ready for the same.

To be eligible to receive a certificate after successful completion of the course, one is required to secure an overall minimum of 40 percent in the Project Assignments.
