Rodney D. Ryder | Certified By Scriboard Advocates and Legal Consultants

Indian Evidence Act, 1872 is the procedural criminal law in India dealing with admissibility of evidence in the court of law in both civil and criminal matters. Taking into account the technological developments and the increased dependency on the Information and Communication Technologies for day-to-day activities, the Information Technology Act of 2000 brought the Indian Evidence Act in lines with the developments taking place in the digital world. It brought digital or electronic evidence and its admissibility, under the ambit of Evidence Act.

The Diploma in Understanding Evidence Law in India with special focus on e-evidence is brought to you by Scriboard Advocates and Legal Consultants in association with Enhelion. It provides an overview of important provisions of the Indian Evidence Act with respect to admissibility of evidence and delves into the intricacies of admissibility of electronic evidence in India, by means of video lectures.

In every walk of life, the process of evaluation takes place in one form or the other. If the evaluation process is eliminated from human life then perhaps the aim of life may be lost. Being in the same line, Enhelion is committed to evaluating the process of learning through its courses.

The enrollee will be evaluated based on two Project Assignments, which would test the analytical understanding of the topics covered in the video lecture.

The most intriguing aspect of the evaluation process is the time flexibility it affords. You can choose to undergo the evaluation process as and when you are ready for the same.

To be eligible to receive a certificate after successful completion of the course, one is required to secure an overall minimum of 40 percent in the Project Assignments.
