It further examines the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data Or Information) Rules, 2011 [SPDI Rules], Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020, Draft Drugs and Cosmetics Rules (Amendment) Rules and Draft Digital Information Security in Healthcare Act [DISHA] vis-à-vis e-pharmacy in India.
