Diploma in Understanding the Maritime Law

Rodney D. Ryder | Certified By Scriboard Advocates and Legal Consultants

The commerce on sea is not a new concept. The discovery of land was possible by completing the ordeal of sea. The English ruled their colonies through sea. The idea of globalisation was kindled due to the trade and commerce carried out by sea. Hugo Grotius, Father of Modern International Law, laid the fundamental idea of international law based on this notion of maritime affairs. World history is incomplete sans the commerce through sea. In recent days, every country engaged in marine commerce has, in its national legal system, a special branch of law called as maritime law. This law regulates the shipping, salvage, docks, permissible fishing limits, arrest of ships, trade and commerce on sea. According to the law firm and our policy, the course fees will not be refunded. This unique Diploma in Understanding the Maritime Law provides an understanding on International maritime law concepts as well as the Marine Environment Laws and practices by means of video lectures by Mr. Rodney D Ryder, Managing Partner, Scriboard– Advocates and Legal Consultants, one of the eminent law firms in the field, in association with Enhelion.

In every walk of life, the process of evaluation takes place in one form or the other. If the evaluation process is eliminated from human life then perhaps the aim of life may be lost. Being in the same line, Enhelion is committed to evaluate the process of learning through its courses.

The enrollee will be evaluated based on two Project Assignments, which would test the analytical understanding of the topics covered in the video lecture.

The most intriguing aspect of the evaluation process is the time flexibility it affords. You can choose to undergo the evaluation process as and when you are ready for the same.

To be eligible to receive a certificate after successful completion of the course, one is required to secure an overall minimum of 40 percent in the Project Assignments.
