1. WHAT IS MASTER COURSE?

A Master Course consists of a bundle of four to five courses concentrated on a particular field of law. For instance, a Master Course in Air and Space Law consists of courses pertaining to the legal framework regulating the aviation industry and the space sector.

The curriculum has been designed to act as a conceptual guide to the domestic aviation law. It deals with the fundamental principles of the Chicago Convention relating to Aviation Law. It further discusses the new Anti-Hijacking Act. It analyses Carrier’s liability under the Warsaw Convention and Montreal Convention.

It analyses in detail, the restrictions and penalties associated with the use of drones in India and the flaws in the current guidelines for the use of drones.
